Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We offer two shipping options via Australia Post:

    •    Parcel Post

Estimated delivery time:

    ◦    Same state: 3-5 business days

    ◦    Interstate: 5-7 business days

    •    Express Post

Estimated delivery time:

    ◦    Same state: 1-2 business days

    ◦    Interstate: 2-4 business days

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We hope to expand to other regions soon!

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hushfitters is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@hushfitters.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask for up to 2 business days to resolve the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted if the item is not accurately described on the website.
